If you receive a message when calling your number that says, "Please hang up now" it means your account has either run out of prepaid funds or has reached it's pre-approved credit limit.  This is our way of playing a "customer friendly" message so that your customers won't know - just you and us. If you receive this message, please do not call after-hours technical support!  The after hours technician cannot add funds to your account or adjust your credit limit. These issues must be resolved by a customer service representative during normal business hours. So, please plan ahead to make sure you have ample funds or are preferably setup with the auto-fund feature so you won't experience an interruption of service.
