If you receive a message when calling your number that says, "This number is being checked for trouble, please try your call again later," it means your account has either run out of prepaid funds or has reached it's pre-approved credit limit.  This is our way of playing a "customer friendly" message so that your customers won't know - just you and us. If you receive this message, please do not call after-hours technical support!  The after hours technician cannot add funds to your account or adjust your credit limit. These issues must be resolved by a customer service representative during normal business hours. So, please plan ahead to make sure you have ample funds or are preferably setup with the auto-fund feature so you won't experience an interruption of service.
